WELCOME TO MY GENTLE YOGA CLASSES

Classes available face-to-face and online

I qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2004, and was a yoga student for ten years before that. I've been running my friendly, nurturing and relaxed classes in Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead since then.

GENTLE YOGA CLASSES

Classes running weekly in Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted

MONDAYS IN BERKHAMSTED

This class at the Quaker Meeting House runs from 7:35pm to 8:50pm. £11 per session.

TUESDAYS IN HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

Two classes at the Leverstock Green Village Hall. First class runs from12:30pm to 1:45pm. Second class runs from 2pm to 3:15pm. £10 per session.

THURSDAYS IN HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

This class at the Carey Baptist Church Hall starts at 2pm and ends at 3:15pm. £10 per session.

GENTLE ONLINE CLASS

A live class from the comfort of your own mat (dogs and cats optional).

I run a single class a week, it is one hour and fifteen minutes long. The platform I use is called Zoom Cloud Meetings and you will need to download the app for your device before your first class. I will send you the class invitations after purchase.
