Gentle Yoga in Berkhamsted
A friendly, weekly gentle Hatha Yoga class at The Court House on Church Lane, just off Berkhamsted High Street. Mondays from 7:45pm to 9:00pm, taught by BWY-qualified teacher Penny Cronyn since 2004. £12 per session, booked as a block, with a one-off trial available for newcomers.
The class
Each session lasts 75 minutes and combines simple breathwork, mindful movement and gentle Hatha Yoga postures, finishing with a guided relaxation. The pace is unhurried and modifications are offered throughout, so the class suits beginners, returners and anyone who wants a kinder, less strenuous practice. Many regulars have been coming for years; new students are warmly welcomed.
